Warranty

If your Tabaura jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, we offer a repair, full refund, or exchange through the following process:

  • The item must have been purchased within 3 months of notification.
  • Notify the Tabaura team via email at info@tabaura.com with images of the fault.
  • This warranty does not cover loss, general wear and tear, tarnishing, or fading of plated jewellery.
  • Upon receipt, your jewellery will be assessed by our jeweller.
  • Return shipping costs for faulty items will be reimbursed if a manufacturer's fault is confirmed.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
